Delivery Policy

Kwickdo is an online service. There is nothing to post, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses to get wrong.

What you receive, and when

Contest entry	Confirmed on screen immediately, and visible on your dashboard the moment payment succeeds.
Subscription	Active immediately. Your upload allowance lifts on the same page refresh.
Results and scores	Published on the contest page when judging closes, on the date shown on that page.
Certificates	Issued electronically, downloadable from your dashboard once results are published.
Prize money	Paid by bank transfer to the winner's account, normally within 30 working days of results being published, after we have verified identity and any tax paperwork.

If something does not arrive

If a payment went through and you cannot see the entry, subscription or certificate it paid for, email info@kwickdo.com with the order number. We will either deliver it or refund you — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Anything physical

Where a contest offers a physical prize or a printed certificate, it is stated on that contest page along with who pays for delivery and the expected timeframe. We ship within India only unless the contest page says otherwise.
