Terms of use

Last updated 4 August 2026. This is a plain-English summary of how Kwickdo works. It is not legal advice, and you should have a lawyer review it before you rely on it commercially.

Your work stays yours

You retain full copyright in everything you submit. Entering a contest grants Kwickdo a non-exclusive licence to display your entry on the platform and in contest results. Nothing more.

Brand-sponsored contests

Where a contest is sponsored, the sponsor receives a commercial licence to prize-winning entries only, and the exact terms are stated on that contest page before you enter. If it is not on the page, it does not apply.

Judging is final

Scores are submitted independently and cannot be edited once locked. We publish panel agreement figures so you can see how consistent a panel was. We do not re-run judging on request.

One entry per creator

Multiple accounts, entries made on someone else’s behalf, or work you do not hold the rights to will be disqualified. Attempting to identify yourself inside a submission is grounds for disqualification.

Prizes

Prize money is paid within five business days of results publishing. You are responsible for any tax due in your own jurisdiction.
